The following forms will need to be filled out and turned in for players who are eligible for the 2011-2012 junior pro season.
Tri-County Basketball Tri-County Waiver Form
This form must be completed and turned in at the time of evaluations.
Red Cedar Waiver Form
This form must be completed and turned in at the time of evaluations.

Players who wish to play up a grade for the 2011-2012 must tryout for with their grade for one of the two tryout sessions. Once they have tried out with their grade, they may then try out for the grade they wish to play. Evaluations will be made after the second session. You must attend two sessions in order to be considered to play up a grade.
